SINGAPORE – K-pop girl group Blackpink will be playing for two nights in Singapore come May.
The record-breaking quartet, composed of Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé and Lisa, previously announced their first show on 13 May in Singapore last August on the band’s social media platforms.
Local promoter Live Nation Singapore later confirmed the show, alongside ticketing details, in an Instagram post last October.
Prior to general ticket sales, fans can opt to participate in the Blink Member presale, the Paypal presale and the Live Nation presale.
All presale opportunities were fully redeemed and tickets were snapped up within 24 hours of general ticket sales.
“Due to overwhelming response, we are adding a second show”, concert promoter Live Nation Singapore says through an Instagram post.
The new show will take place on 14 May.
Singapore is not the only city to have two shows consecutively. The band also added additional show dates for Macau and Kaohsiung.
The band recently completed the North America leg of the world tour, dropping by cities like London, Paris and Berlin.
In the new year, they will kick off the Asia leg with Hong Kong and Riyadh before coming to Singapore in May.

Fans who have signed up for BLINK Member Presale on Weverse will get exclusive access to purchase tickets on 6 Feb (Mon). Maybank credit and debit cardmembers will enjoy an exclusive priority sale on 7 Feb (Tue). Simply complete the ticket purchase using a valid Maybank Card.
