BLACKPINK exudes charisma in fierce concert anthem: Watch

Highly anticipated girl-group BLACKPINK made their comeback yesterday (4 April), after 10 months with mini album “Kill This Love”. The album consists of title track “Kill This Love”, 3 new songs, and a remix of their last title track “DDU-DU-DDU-DU”.

Although somewhat short compared to their previous songs, “Kill This Love” leaves an impact on listeners with its strong lyrics and use of brass. Put it simply, the girls are trying to send the message that they are in a defunct relationship and they want to extinguish that sense of affection.

The music video has stunning solo shots of all the girls along with clips of the choreo and group shots that are reminiscent of the military. Could it be a symbolism of their sense of feminism?
