Kim Soo-hyun, who saw his fame skyrocket after his role in the romantic fantasy television series My Love from the Star is set to make another appearance on our small screens.
The 32 year-old actor made short cameos in recent audience-favourites like Crash Landing on You (2019) and Hotel Del Luna (2019). But his role in It’s Okay Not To Be Okay (2020) will mark his return as a lead actor in 5 years.
Kim Soo-hyun plays Moon Gang-tae, a caregiver in a psychiatric ward. Moon is someone we all aspire to be, one with a great body, smarts, ability to sympathize with others, patience, ability to react quickly.
His elder brother, Sang-tae, played by Oh Jung-se is autistic. And he is under Moon’s tender loving care.
Alongside the two gentlemen is actress Seo Ye-ji. Seo plays Ko Mun-yeong, a popular author of children’s books. Yet she has an unappealing persona: extremely selfish, arrogant, and rude.
Look out for an unusual romance between two people who end up healing each other’s emotional and psychological wounds in the new romantic series on Netflix.
