ITZY to stage showcase tour in Singapore come December

SINGAPORE – Seems like year end’s going to be busy with many Korean celebrities gracing our sunny island.

Of course, what other way to end the year on a high note with ITZY?

We have Korean quintet ITZY staging their showcase tour in Singapore coming December.

The monster rookie group under JYP Entertainment, consisting of members Yeji, Lia, Ryujin, Chaeryeong, and Yuna, is topping charts right from their debut single album, titled It’z Different.

Put simply, their group name “ITZY” can be viewed somewhat like a pun, doing a word play on the Korean words which roughly translates to “there is”. JYP Entertainment’s response is that “there is” everything that fans hoped for in an idol group within ITZY.

Of course, this is pretty much true. The girls have not been shy in exhibiting their talents be it in dance or the vocal aspect, which is one of the reasons as to why they have such a huge fan base despite only having debuted for around 7 months.

The group posted on their official Facebook handle, that they will be holding a showcase tour featuring stops in Jakarta, Macau, Taipei, Manila, Singapore and more.

What’s noteworthy is that they have included stateside stops as well, like in Los Angeles and New York.

Though the details of their showcase are still building, the quintet will be coming to Singapore on 13 December. The location for the showcase has not been made known as of yet.
