Lay Zhang, Ha Jiwon, Choi Jin-hyuk and more graced red carpet of amFAR

HONG KONG – amFAR, is the Foundation for AIDS Research, an international nonprofit organization dedicated to the support of AIDS research, HIV prevention, treatment education, and the advocacy of AIDS-related public policy.

We were privileged to catch some moments of this glamorous party, backed with a good cause, held at Rosewood Hotel Hong Kong just yesterday (25 March). The event included a cocktail reception, dinner, live auction, and entertainment.

Top stairs in the entertainment industry, local and beyond were all invited to join in the good cause. We caught Chinese singer-songwriter Lay Zhang from EXO at the red carpet. Fans were not only caught by his charming looks, but they paid attention to his wardrobe for the night as well. He donned on the Landscape Cows Denim Trucker Jacket (USD $490) together with the Landscape Cow Straight Jeans (USD $450) from the CALVIN KLEIN JEANS EST. 1978 collection.

Korean actress Ha Jiwon also came down to make an appearance in a chic white gown.

Choi Jinhyuk, who recently held stops of his fan-meet all around Asia also came to grace the event.

Im Juhwan and Kevin Woo from UKISS were no exceptions, as they greeted the media in suave black suits.

Lay Zhang was also invited on stage to perform as a guest performer during the dinner, and that being said, it was also told to us that he is the very first Asian artiste to be invited as a guest performer. He did a live piano performance to accompany his track “Flavour”, once again proving that his talent was a regularity,

In the past five years, amfAR have also gathered donations exceeding 14 million USD, which will be used for the research and development of projects under the Foundation for AIDS Research.
