Before the month even started, we’re already greeted with good news in succession.
Aside from notable collaborations, soloists and idol groups and soloists are also making their long-awaited comebacks.
IU X Suga
The BTS rapper will not only be producing IU’s new single titled “8”, he will also be featured in the track. A digital moving teaser was shared on IU’s official Twitter handle to pique fans’ interest, but not much has been divulged about the upcoming release.
Originally an indie-pop duo, BOL4 will now continue as a one-member artist with Ahn Ji Young. She will be teaming up with EXO’s vocalist, Baekhyun for a pre-release track titled “Leo”. The track drops on May 7.
The full album titled “Puberty Book II”, a continuation of their previous release, will be released a week later on May 13 alongside the music video.
Taeyeon
Taeyeon’s new album “Happy” was originally set for release on 9 March. However, due to the unfortunate passing of her father, the album release was postponed.
The soloist released a second music video teaser yesterday. It is confirmed that “Happy” will be out on 4 May.
MONSTA X
After a short hiatus for the band because of member Joohoney’s health condition and the departure of ex-member Wonho, the lads are ready to return to the scene.
